Biography
Daniel Berkowitz is an Associate at Kerben Law Firm, P.C., where he represents clients in both immigration and personal injury matters. His dual practice allows him to advocate for immigrants facing removal proceedings, asylum applications, and family-based petitions, while also securing justice for individuals injured through negligence.
Mr. Berkowitz has represented clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
